OHS Training
From time to time PEI UPSE provides seminars on Occupational Health and Safety. Many of the UPSE courses such as Steward Level 1, Steward Level 2, Violence in the Workplace, Stress and Mental Health in the Workplace discuss the applicability of the OHS Act.
The OHS Education Consultants at the Workers Compensation Board teach a number of sessions that they can provide free of charge. Some of the sessions are only a few hours long so that attendees are not required to use a full workday. Below is a link which outlines the courses:
