The UPSE membership fondly remembers Billy MacMillan for his valuable contributions to the Union. Our thoughts and condolences go out to the MacMillan family during this difficult time. It is worth noting that Billy joined UPSE as a member in 1988, while working at the Provincial Liquor Commission. He was an active member and was elected to the Board of Directors (Local 12) in 2004. Billy’s dedication to the Union was reflected through his service on various committees, and his activism earned him the title of member of the year in 2007.
